We offer a 30-day Return Policy to ensure your satisfaction. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
To start a return, please contact us at support@blendedties.online. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. You can easily download and print the return label. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect
Items Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If there is damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make things right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item quickly, return the original item and make a new purchase for the replacement after your return is approved.
Restocking Fee
In case of return, Restocking fee of $6.69 USD will be charged.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
